We work very closely as a TEAM here at BRIK Fitness, so you’ll probably meet and work with each of our team at some point while you’re working out. The customized program you are given to train with remains exactly the same, and will change every 4-6 weeks – regardless of who the fitness coach is that you are working out with. Your schedule is the most important factor to us in determining who we assign to work with you. Check out each team member’s bio below. Brian Nguyen Owner/Fitness Coach

Brian Nguyen - Owner/Fitness CoachNationally known for inspiring others, Brian helps you feel and look your very best. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Training Association, Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Functional Movement Specialist. He has been a Head Athletic Trainer and Fitness Coach to the NFL and AFL, and has a celebrity clientele that includes Blake Griffin and Mark Wahlberg. What does all of this mean? He’s a UCLA Alumni. Go BRUINS!

Ralphy Hernandez Fitness Coach

Ralphy Hernandez - Fitness CoachDon’t let his intimidation fool you. Ralphy knows how to have a good time like the rest of us as he commits himself to getting those back into the fun, every day activities! Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist, he also has a Warriors Certification. He enjoys surfing and MMA, which is when his intimidation will fool you should you decide to compete against him!

John Possible Fitness Coach

John Possible - Media Manager/Fitness CoachJohn reached an overweight point where it finally clicked in his mind that there wasn’t a “quick fix” to his obesity – he needed to do it in a way that would help him live as long as possible. Not only is he a Certified Battle Rope Instructor but also the creative mind behind our delicious fat blasting shakes you’ve certainly earned. He is the Media Director who has helped garner coverage on nationally acclaimed productions such as E! Entertainment, The Doctors, and SheKnows.com, just to name a few. Having shed over 100lbs in an amazing amount of time under the care and guidance of Brian Nguyen, he is an inspiration and true testament to those on their journey of losing weight the healthy way.

Jen Beindorf Fitness Coach

Jen Beindorf - Fitness CoachAlways seen with a genuine smile on her face, Jen is a wife, mother of two, and caregiver to two dogs. If that wasn’t enough, she also operates a marketing agency! She is certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has nationally competed in tennis during her collegiate career. To this day, she still competes in tournaments and leagues whenever possible. Talk about commitment!

Ryan Hodge Nutritionist/Fitness Coach

Ryan Hodge - Nutritionist/Fitness CoachHe knows what will give you rock hard abs and that lean body you’ve always dreamed of. He’ll also tell you why you should put that “diet” soda down. A Certified Precision Nutrition Diet Coach as well as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Ryan has a diverse background in nutrition and fitness that began well before his collegiate days of playing water polo at the University of Arizona (Bear down!). He’ll teach you the tricks of the trade when choosing what to eat when you’re on-the-go, especially when faced with a drive-thru!
